Eleanor & Sean – Channels Estate

ELEANOR & SEAN Featured at Channels Estate, Chelmsford, Essex Eleanor & Sean A STYLISH SUMMER WEDDING T CHANNELS ESTATE,ESSEX Elegant Outdoor Ceremony, Crazy Golf Fun & a Golden Hour Portrait Session TO VIEW THE preview GALLERY CLICK – HERE If you’re dreaming of a timeless countryside wedding in Essex, Channels Estate is a true hidden gem. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautifully relaxed wedding here – and I’m thrilled to share the highlights with you. Morning Preparations in the Heart of the Estate The day began at the charming Channels Estate, where the bride and groom were getting ready in separate rooms across the estate. This meant I was able to move between them, capturing intimate moments from both perspectives – a wonderful way to tell the complete story of the day. The bride wore an effortlessly elegant silk wedding gown paired with a timeless necklace and bracelet. Her look was refined and understated, the kind of style that will still look just as breathtaking in 30 years’ time. Meanwhile, the groom prepared with his groomsmen – the atmosphere calm, yet filled with quiet excitement. Outdoor Ceremony with a Touch of English Weather As is often the case with British summer weddings, a few drops of rain threatened the ceremony. But in true optimistic spirit, the couple pressed on with their outdoor wedding ceremony – and were rewarded with dry skies throughout the vows. The ceremony took place in the estate’s picturesque gardens, surrounded by lush greenery and rustic charm. This is one of the many reasons why weddings at Channels Estate are so magical – you’re surrounded by countryside, but just minutes from Chelmsford. Garden Games & a Laid-Back Atmosphere After the ceremony, guests enjoyed drinks and garden games – including a round of crazy golf on the lawn. The atmosphere was light-hearted, the laughter infectious, and the drinks flowing. The wedding breakfast was served in the main barn, a space full of character with exposed beams and soft lighting. We had speeches before the meal from the best men and groom – heartfelt, funny and sincere. Golden Hour Portraits & Sparklers Under the Stars After the meal, the golden hour arrived – that perfect moment of soft, flattering light just before sunset. We stepped away from the crowd for some relaxed wedding portraits around the estate, making the most of the sunlit grounds and romantic light. The evening kicked off with the first dance followed by an energetic dance floor. We wrapped things up with sparklers under festoon lights, creating a magical end to a truly elegant day. Beth & Lewis – Hackney Town Hall Wedding

BETH & LEWIS Featured at Hackney Town Hall & The Depot No7 Beth & Lewis A JOYFUL, STYLISH SPRING WEDDING AT HACKNEY TOWN HALL & THE DEPOT No7 TO VIEW THE preview GALLERY CLICK – HERE Saturday 24th May was a day full of joy, laughter and classic East London charm as Beth and Lewis tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Hackney Town Hall, followed by an energetic celebration at The Depot in Carpenter’s Mews. As a wedding photographer with a love for capturing real, emotional moments, this day was a dream to document — full of vibrant backdrops, personal touches and unforgettable smiles. Getting Ready at London Town Hall Apartments The day began in central London where Beth and her bridal party got ready at the London Town Hall Apartments — a contemporary and stylish spot that gave the perfect backdrop for those relaxed morning moments. She was joined by her three bridesmaids, all dressed in classic navy blue bridesmaid dresses, a timeless colour that worked beautifully with the day’s modern London wedding vibe. Beth’s arrival at the venue was quintessentially London — she travelled with her father in a traditional white London taxi, turning heads as she pulled up outside the stunning Art Deco façade of Hackney Town Hall. A Ceremony Full of Laughter at Hackney Town Hall Hackney Town Hall is one of East London’s most iconic and sought-after civil wedding venues. With its grand staircase, original 1930s architecture and elegant ceremony rooms, it offers couples a beautiful blend of history and style — perfect for those looking to host a city wedding with character. Beth was escorted inside and whisked away by the registrars for her pre-ceremony interview, while Lewis waited nervously in the Assembly Room, ready to meet his bride. As the doors opened and Beth entered on her father’s arm, Lewis beamed from ear to ear. The ceremony was a mix of humour, heartfelt moments, and the kind of raw emotion I love to capture. Beth wore a flowing modern wedding gown (designed by Watters) that suited the elegant, city-chic setting beautifully. Confetti, Group Photos & Vintage London Buses After the “I do’s,” the newlyweds exited the grand front steps of Hackney Town Hall into a confetti line bursting with energy — always one of my favourite moments to shoot. We paused for group photos on the front steps and captured a few relaxed portraits that made use of the stunning architecture and clean lines Hackney is known for. Guests then hopped aboard two vintage red London double-decker buses, adding a fun and nostalgic element to the day. These buses are a fantastic way to keep your guests together and create a seamless transition between venues — not to mention, they make for brilliant photo opportunities. A Reception to Remember at The Depot, Carpenter’s Mews The celebration continued at The Depot N7 — a converted warehouse venue in Carpenter’s Mews that oozes industrial charm. With exposed brickwork, hanging lights and a stylish open-plan layout, it’s one of North London’s best urban wedding venues. Guests enjoyed welcome drinks in the courtyard, followed by a relaxed yet refined three-course wedding breakfast inside. With wine and beer flowing freely and the speeches delivered with both tears and laughter, the atmosphere was full of warmth and celebration. First Dance & Dance Floor Magic As the evening unfolded, Beth and Lewis took to the floor for their first dance to “Slide Away” by Oasis — a nod to their early romance and shared music tastes. From that moment on, the dance floor was buzzing with energy, and the party carried on into the night. JOANNA &WILL Featured at St Vincent’s de Paul & Treasury Building, Palmyra Square Joanna & Will A modern chic Altrincham church wedding followed by a unique cultural reception TO VIEW THE FULL GALLERY CLICK – HERE A Timeless Catholic Wedding in Manchester | Joanna & Will What a joy it was to photograph Joanna and Will’s beautiful wedding day, set against the timeless backdrop of a Catholic Church in Manchester. As a Manchester wedding photographer who specialises in emotional storytelling and refined details, I knew from the moment I arrived that this day would be something truly special. Bridal Preparations at Home The morning began at Will’s parents’ house, where anticipation hung in the air as final touches were made. I then made my way to Joanna’s house, arriving just as she was surrounded by her eight bridesmaids, parents, and a sea of excited emotions. The energy was electric as she stepped into her elegant wedding gown. Gasps, happy tears and heartfelt embraces filled the room – it was one of those moments that reminds me why I do what I do. As the white vintage bridal car pulled up, Joanna and her parents made their way to the church, while her bridesmaids followed in a classic minibus, laughter echoing through the journey. A Reverent Catholic Wedding Ceremony in Manchester Their ceremony took place at the stunning St Vincent’s de Paul Catholic church in Altrincham, led by the ever-charismatic and warm Father GodJon. His service was beautifully balanced – reverent and meaningful, yet full of personal touches and humour that reflected Joanna and Will’s personalities perfectly. Will was visibly emotional as Joanna walked down the aisle – a moment of pure connection and love that everyone felt deeply. It’s always a privilege to witness and capture such real emotion. Confetti, Vintage Transport and Celebrations at a Warrington Wedding Venue After they exchanged vows, the couple exited the church to a jubilant confetti moment, made even more spectacular by two carefully timed confetti cannons. The joy was palpable. The newlyweds had arranged a classic red London bus to transport their guests to the reception venue in Warrington – a thoughtful touch that added a touch of vintage charm to the day. Meanwhile, Joanna and Will travelled ahead, enjoying a quiet moment together over a glass of Prosecco before the festivities continued. Reception Highlights: Heartfelt Speeches & Dancefloor Magic The afternoon flowed effortlessly with delicious canapés, laughter, and a trio of memorable speeches. Joanna’s father spoke with such warmth, followed by Will’s father – also his best man – who delivered a perfect balance of wit and sentiment. One of the most touching moments came from Will’s sister, who recited a moving personalised poem that left few dry eyes in the room. As the sun set, the celebration turned electric. A talented singer and saxophonist brought the dancefloor to life, setting the perfect tone for a night of celebration, joy, and connection. Joanna and Will’s Manchester wedding was the epitome of heartfelt, elegant, and joy-filled – everything I love about UK weddings. If you’re planning a wedding in Altrincham, Warrington, or anywhere across the North West, and you’re looking for timeless, storytelling-led wedding photography, I’d love to hear from you. Get in touch here to enquire about your date. JOANNA & WILL The ceremony took place at the beautiful St Vincent’s de Paul Church in Altrincham, a stunning Roman Catholic parish with deep-rooted community heritage. Nestled on Bentinck Road, this classic red-brick church is full of timeless charm, with elegant stained-glass windows and a warm, welcoming atmosphere – perfect for an intimate and traditional wedding ceremony. Located in the heart of Altrincham, with nearby access to Dunham Massey and Hale village, it’s a popular choice for couples seeking a spiritual yet stylish wedding backdrop. It offers plenty of photographic opportunities both inside and out, especially with the soft Northern light filtering through the windows. Following the ceremony, we moved to The Terrace at The Treasury Building in Palmyra Square South, Warrington– a contemporary and vibrant space ideal for modern wedding celebrations in Cheshire. With its industrial-chic interiors, exposed brickwork and stylish decor, The Terrace offers a unique contrast to traditional venues. Located in the heart of Warrington’s cultural quarter, this venue is within walking distance of the Pyramid Arts Centre, Queens Gardens, and the iconic Parr Hall. It’s a brilliant spot for stylish urban wedding receptions and caters beautifully to both large and small wedding parties. Surrounded by boutique hotels and excellent transport links to Manchester and Liverpool, it’s also convenient for guests. The Terrace’s blend of relaxed elegance and urban energy makes it a dream for candid, documentary-style photography and golden hour portraits in the surrounding square. Jono & Sam – Willow Marsh Farm Wedding

JONO & SAM Featured at The Willow Marsh Farm, East Leake Jono & Sam A spring wedding at The Willow marsh farm TO VIEW THE preview GALLERY CLICK – HERE A Joyful Spring Wedding at Willow Marsh Farm, East Leake If you’re dreaming of a stylish, countryside celebration with a relaxed atmosphere and thoughtful details, this Willow Marsh Farm wedding might be just the inspiration you need. Set in the heart of East Leake, Willow Marsh Farm is a breathtaking, rural wedding venue in Nottinghamshire known for its organic charm and laid-back elegance. As a UK wedding photographer who specialises in capturing weddings at country houses, farms, and elegant outdoor venues, I was thrilled to return here for a spring celebration that brought joy, sunshine and a whole lot of cricket. The Morning: Black Tie Meets Country Chic The couple embraced a classic black-tie aesthetic, with the groom and groomsmen dressed in sharp black tuxedos – a striking contrast to the rustic setting of the farm. The bride wore a timeless traditional gown, full of grace and romance. Her bridesmaids added a joyful splash of colour to the day with bright pink silk dresses – the perfect nod to spring and complimented the flowers with a bursting blossom. A Ceremony Bathed in Light The ceremony was held in the beautifully restored stables at Willow Marsh Farm. As sunlight streamed through the wooden slats and poured over the couple, the room filled with an almost cinematic glow – a photographer’s dream. It’s one of the many reasons I love photographing weddings at Willow Marsh Farm, where every corner offers incredible natural light and countryside charm. If you’re currently exploring rustic wedding venues in the Midlands, Willow Marsh Farm is a gem worth visiting. Learn more here: Willow Marsh Farm Weddings Post-Ceremony Fun: Canapés & Cricket After the ceremony, guests gathered on the lawn with champagne and canapés in hand. The energy was high, and in a spontaneous and utterly joyful moment, the groomsmen convinced the bride to join in a game of cricket. It was informal, unexpected and such a lovely reflection of the couple’s fun-loving nature. These are the moments I live for – the in-between, unscripted glances and laughter that tell the real story of the day. Lakeside Strolls and Sunset Light Before guests were called in for the wedding breakfast, we took a gentle stroll to the lake for some quiet portraits – a peaceful interlude before the festivities resumed. The light danced off the water, creating soft reflections and allowing us to capture some of the most romantic moments of the day. As guests enjoyed speeches from the father of the bride, the groom, and not one but two best men (who had everyone in stitches with their cheeky stories), the sun began to lower. Just after dinner, we headed out for a relaxed sunset couple shoot – the golden light casting a warm, ethereal glow across the fields and long grass. Evening Celebrations: Dancing, Pizza, Cigars & Sparklers After a joyful first dance and a packed dance floor, guests were treated to fresh wood-fired pizza – an ideal way to refuel before the evening party kicked off. In true gentlemanly style, the groom and his party stepped aside for a quiet moment to enjoy a selection of fine cigars – a classy nod to old-world elegance in the most relaxed, countryside setting. Choosing the beautiful Donington Park farmhouse Hotel, they were blessed with an abundance of sunlight for a winter wedding and some very good close friends and family to witness their event. With Grace getting ready in the main hotel surrounded by her bridesmaids and her mum she chose a dark green colour palette for her bridesmaids to wear whilst Jordan and the boys chose a tweed effect suit Which was complimented by the bird orange detail. Having worked at this venue before and knowing how challenging the lighting can be in the main barn for the ceremony, this is what drew Grace and Jordan towards booking with me. Micro Wedding Advantages for 2025

Advantages of Micro Wedding Packages in 2025 Is an intimate wedding the new trend? THE PROS AND ADVANTAGES OF MICRO WEDDINGS IN 2025 In 2025, the trend of micro weddings continues to gain momentum, offering couples a more intimate, meaningful way to celebrate their union. With a focus on quality over quantity, micro wedding packages provide a host of benefits that are perfectly suited to modern times. Here, we’ll explore the advantages of opting for a smaller wedding and highlight some of the top venues around London that are perfect for these bespoke celebrations. Intimacy and personalisation is one of the most compelling advantages of a micro wedding is the intimacy it offers. With fewer guests, couples can spend quality time with each attendee, creating a more personal and memorable experience. This setting allows for greater flexibility in customizing the ceremony and reception, ensuring every detail reflects the couple’s unique style and preferences. Budget-friendly luxury smaller weddings often mean lower costs, but that doesn’t equate to less luxury. By inviting fewer guests, couples can allocate more of their budget to elements like gourmet catering, exquisite floral arrangements, or even a designer gown. This approach allows for a more luxurious experience without the need for a large-scale budget. Venue flexibility Micro weddings open up a world of venue possibilities that may not accommodate larger events. London boasts an array of stunning venues perfect for intimate celebrations, such as: Claridge’s in Mayfair: Known for its timeless elegance and Art Deco interiors. The Asylum Chapel in Peckham: A unique, atmospheric space with a rich history. Petersham Nurseries in Richmond: Offering a beautiful blend of nature and sophistication. The Gherkin: For a modern cityscape backdrop with panoramic views of London. Reduced stress a smaller guest list often translates to less stress in planning and execution. With fewer details to manage and a more intimate setting, couples can enjoy their day without the overwhelm that often accompanies larger weddings. In conclusion, micro wedding packages in 2025 offer a range of advantages from enhanced intimacy and personalization to budget-friendly luxury and reduced stress. With London’s diverse array of venues, couples are sure to find the perfect spot to make their special day unforgettable.
