A Love Story Rooted in London

When I met this wonderful couple, they shared how London played such an important role in their journey together. It’s the city where they first met, studied, and fell in love. Although they are celebrating their wedding in Singapore later this year, they wanted to capture their pre-wedding photographs in the city that holds so many special memories.

A Different Style of Pre-Wedding Photography

Pre-wedding photography in Singapore is often styled in a more posed and structured way, which is quite different from my usual documentary, storytelling approach. For this session, we embraced their vision, blending London’s iconic landmarks with their cultural tradition of pre-wedding portraits. From the charm of the classic red telephone boxes to the striking presence of Big Ben, every image was designed to reflect both their story and the beauty of London.

Capturing Meaningful Memories

What I love most about sessions like these is the personal meaning behind them. While it was different to my signature candid style, it reminded me that photography is not about me — it’s about my couples and their stories. Whether it’s a London pre-wedding shoot, an engagement session, or a destination wedding abroad, my goal is always to capture memories that feel true to you.
