Emma & John – London Chic Vibes

EMMA & JOHN Featured at The Four Seasons Hotel in Tower Bridge and The Old Marylebone Town Hall Emma & John An Elegant London City Wedding: From Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge to Old Marylebone Town Hall TO VIEW THE preview GALLERY CLICK – HERE There’s something undeniably magical about a London city wedding, especially when it weaves together two iconic locations — the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square, just moments from Tower Bridge, and the historic elegance of Old Marylebone Town Hall. As a London wedding photographer, I’m always drawn to the energy of the city. The way the light bounces off the architecture, the hum of the streets, and the timeless romance of these venues create the perfect canvas for capturing love stories with an editorial and natural flair. This wedding was no exception. It was the perfect blend of classic sophistication and modern London charm. Bridal Preparations at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square The day began in the heart of the city, at the beautiful Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. With panoramic views of Tower Bridge and the Thames, this venue exudes quiet luxury — ideal for a couple looking to make a statement with their wedding day. As Emma was being pampered with make-up and her bridesmaids were building up the excitement, I could tell how special this day was going to be. With light pouring in over the penthouse balcony I had the perfect set up to capture the preparations. I always love photographing bridal preparations here. The natural light, combined with the hotel’s elegant interiors, creates a flawless backdrop for capturing those tender, behind-the-scenes moments — from the delicate details of the dress to the final touches of hair and makeup. Ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall Whist John made his way to the town hall via the tube wit the grooms party, we made our way through the bustling streets of London to Old Marylebone Town Hall — one of the city’s most beloved venues for stylish, intimate ceremonies. Famous for its iconic pillared façade and light-filled Westminster Room, it’s the perfect blend of heritage and grandeur. Emma & John exchanged vows in the Westminster Room, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The emotion in the room was palpable as they promised forever in this iconic London setting. As a London wedding photographer, I always find Old Marylebone Town Hall a joy to shoot. The elegant architecture frames every moment beautifully, whether it’s a quiet glance between the couple or a joyful confetti exit on the famous steps outside.. Portraits Around London: Iconic Backdrops and Intimate Moments No London wedding would be complete without taking advantage of the city’s stunning backdrops for portraits. We had planned to stroll through the nearby streets, to capture a couple of photographs outside a local coffee shop. The Marylebone Corner – a picturesque location surrounded by typic London town houses. Back at the Four Seasons we began capturing portraits with the majestic Tower Bridge in the distance and the rich textures of London’s historic architecture. The couple’s style perfectly complemented the surroundings, creating effortlessly elegant images. I always encourage my couples to take a little time for these moments. London offers an endless array of beautiful scenes, from the cobbled streets of Marylebone to the riverside views near Tower Bridge. Reception Celebrations Back at Four Seasons London Following the ceremony, we returned to the Four Seasons Hotel for an evening of fine dining and celebration. The hotel’s sophisticated event spaces provide the ideal setting for an elegant reception, complete with exceptional cuisine and impeccable service. The reception was set at the Four Seasons at Tower Bridge penthouse suite, with ballon and floral installations adding a burst of elegance using white roses to the elegant décor. The couple’s first dance was a beautiful, city scaped moment that set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The Four Seasons’ team are experts at crafting flawless experiences, and this wedding was no exception. Every detail was considered, from the perfectly chilled Champagne to the candlelit ambience that transformed the evening into something truly magical. A Quintessential London Wedding Experience Weddings like this remind me why I adore being a wedding photographer in London. The city offers an unbeatable combination of history, architecture, and modern sophistication — the perfect backdrop for couples who want their day to feel both timeless and uniquely theirs. If you’re dreaming of a luxurious London wedding, whether at Old Marylebone Town Hall, the Four Seasons at Tower Bridge, or any of the city’s other iconic venues, I’d be honoured to capture your story. Jono & Sam – Willow Marsh Farm Wedding

JONO & SAM Featured at The Willow Marsh Farm, East Leake Jono & Sam A spring wedding at The Willow marsh farm TO VIEW THE preview GALLERY CLICK – HERE A Joyful Spring Wedding at Willow Marsh Farm, East Leake If you’re dreaming of a stylish, countryside celebration with a relaxed atmosphere and thoughtful details, this Willow Marsh Farm wedding might be just the inspiration you need. Set in the heart of East Leake, Willow Marsh Farm is a breathtaking, rural wedding venue in Nottinghamshire known for its organic charm and laid-back elegance. As a UK wedding photographer who specialises in capturing weddings at country houses, farms, and elegant outdoor venues, I was thrilled to return here for a spring celebration that brought joy, sunshine and a whole lot of cricket. The Morning: Black Tie Meets Country Chic The couple embraced a classic black-tie aesthetic, with the groom and groomsmen dressed in sharp black tuxedos – a striking contrast to the rustic setting of the farm. The bride wore a timeless traditional gown, full of grace and romance. Her bridesmaids added a joyful splash of colour to the day with bright pink silk dresses – the perfect nod to spring and complimented the flowers with a bursting blossom. A Ceremony Bathed in Light The ceremony was held in the beautifully restored stables at Willow Marsh Farm. As sunlight streamed through the wooden slats and poured over the couple, the room filled with an almost cinematic glow – a photographer’s dream. It’s one of the many reasons I love photographing weddings at Willow Marsh Farm, where every corner offers incredible natural light and countryside charm. If you’re currently exploring rustic wedding venues in the Midlands, Willow Marsh Farm is a gem worth visiting. Learn more here: Willow Marsh Farm Weddings Post-Ceremony Fun: Canapés & Cricket After the ceremony, guests gathered on the lawn with champagne and canapés in hand. The energy was high, and in a spontaneous and utterly joyful moment, the groomsmen convinced the bride to join in a game of cricket. It was informal, unexpected and such a lovely reflection of the couple’s fun-loving nature. These are the moments I live for – the in-between, unscripted glances and laughter that tell the real story of the day. Lakeside Strolls and Sunset Light Before guests were called in for the wedding breakfast, we took a gentle stroll to the lake for some quiet portraits – a peaceful interlude before the festivities resumed. The light danced off the water, creating soft reflections and allowing us to capture some of the most romantic moments of the day. As guests enjoyed speeches from the father of the bride, the groom, and not one but two best men (who had everyone in stitches with their cheeky stories), the sun began to lower. Just after dinner, we headed out for a relaxed sunset couple shoot – the golden light casting a warm, ethereal glow across the fields and long grass. Evening Celebrations: Dancing, Pizza, Cigars & Sparklers After a joyful first dance and a packed dance floor, guests were treated to fresh wood-fired pizza – an ideal way to refuel before the evening party kicked off. In true gentlemanly style, the groom and his party stepped aside for a quiet moment to enjoy a selection of fine cigars – a classy nod to old-world elegance in the most relaxed, countryside setting. Just when it felt like the night couldn’t get any better, the couple invited their guests outside once more for a sparkler exitunder the stars. Surrounded by laughter, glowing faces and flickering lights, it was a joyful and heartwarming end to a truly unforgettable Willow Marsh Farm wedding. Why I Love Photographing at Willow Marsh Farm This venue strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and elegant style, making it ideal for couples who want a relaxed yet sophisticated countryside celebration. From sunlit ceremonies in the stables to lakeside strolls and golden hour portraits in the open fields, a Willow Marsh Farm wedding gives you everything you need for a visually stunning and joy-filled day. GRACE & JORDAN Donington Park Farmhouse, Donington Grace & Jordan A festive christmas wedding for all the family TO VIEW THE WEDDING GALLERY CLICK – HERE Grace and Jordan were married at the very end of 2024. Choosing the beautiful Donington Park farmhouse Hotel, they were blessed with an abundance of sunlight for a winter wedding and some very good close friends and family to witness their event. With Grace getting ready in the main hotel surrounded by her bridesmaids and her mum she chose a dark green colour palette for her bridesmaids to wear whilst Jordan and the boys chose a tweed effect suit Which was complimented by the bird orange detail. Having worked at this venue before and knowing how challenging the lighting can be in the main barn for the ceremony, this is what drew Grace and Jordan towards booking with me. The ability to capture their details whilst maintaining every drop of light was important to them during the ceremony. Following the ceremony however, in the bright sunlight of dec all guests made their way outside for confetti and group photos whilst a mixture of canapés and Mulled wine was handed out. following a brief encounter with the couples dog who came to say hello we made our way for a handful of portraits before heading to the pig sties for the Wedding breakfast. A Westminster Wedding

ORLA & JAMES The Old Marylebone Town Hall, The Depot No7 Orla & James A city wedding in the heart of westminster TO VIEW THE WEDDING GALLERY CLICK – HERE On the dampest Friday of September, Orla and James had planned their exquisite Westminster Wedding at the beautiful old Marleybone town hall, followed by a reception at the stunning Depot No7 in Islington. Meeting with Orla at the Hoxton in the centre of Holborn, I first managed to greet her as she exited the lift by the entrance lobby. She was surrounded by her bridesmaids all in bright pink, clutching beautiful bouquets of flowers supplied by Fleuro Studio. As we awaited the arrival of the white cab and minibus to take the bridesmaids to the ceremony champagne was poured. During this period Dad got all emotional at how grown-up his little girl had become. After a glass or two of champagne we made our way to the town hall to celebrate the wedding. The Wedding Ceremony James, in a very smart tuxedo was ready and waiting for Orla to arrive down the aisle with her dad. After the bridesmaids had made their entrances, it was time for Orla to wow the room as she walked down the aisle to meet James. The ceremony was short and consisted of two readings along with the vow exchange and the rings. Towards the end of the ceremony, the bride and groom both got over excited and kissed. This was before they were fully announced making the whole room erupt in laughter when they were told to kiss again. As the guests made their way downstairs and out of the town hall Orla and James chose to have a handful of photographs in the corridors of the hall. They were then led outside to have photos in the iconic town hall pillars and the confetti shot. Half-Time at the Emirates On the way to theDepot, being such avid Arsenal fans that they are James and Orla made a half time pitstop at the Emirates Stadium for a quick photo. This was something I had never experienced but was truly worth the image. Upon arrival at the Depot, all the guests made their way off the buses as Orla and James arrived before welcome drinks were served upon arrival. Wedding Speeches Following a handful of group photographs, the speeches were ready to be given. With Orla’s dad going first, he sat the bar very high reminiscing about his involvement in her upbringing before James managed to embarrass her in his speech. This was returned however, by the best Man and his words of embarrassment for James. Following on from this Orla’s made of honour really embarrassed everybody. She did this with a wedding video of everybody singing James and Orla’s favourite song over the projector. Following the Wedding breakfast, the weather decided to clear up a little giving us enough time to go for a couple of portraits. This also allowed for the venue to transform the dancefloor area so that everybody could enjoy the first dance and join them and what was quite a raucous party. ELLIE & SAM St Peters Church, Ugley Ellie & Sam a homely wedding in hertfordshire TO VIEW THE WEDDING GALLERY CLICK – HERE Ellie and Sam found me off the back of doing a wedding for their friends Sophie and Freddie. Having the amazing Hadham Lodge generously donated by Sam’s grandparents this garden wedding was incredible. Preparations Upon arriving in Bishops Stortford and making my way down the long driveway I could see the tops of the tent set against the house. When I made my way into bridal prep to meet with Ellie, she was deep in hair and make up. The champagne was flowing and the bridesmaids were excited. Having taken a quick 10 minutes to look around the gardens and inside the tent I immediately found some lovely pockets of light. On my way back into the house where I found Ellie hanging her beautiful dress for the videographer. This dress by Isabella Grace was very elegant and understated with an optional bow on the back. Very quickly, the hair, the Make up and the preparations were complete and Ellie was ready to put her dress on. With help from mum she was ready to reveal her dress to her dad. With lots of emotion and anticipation, excitement and interest dad was blown away by his daughter. As they got into the vintage Bentley to make their way to church, I arrived with Sam waiting for the car to arrive. The ceremony Preceded by her bridesmaids, Ellie and her dad entered the church to greet Sam at the top of the aisle. Sam was in tears thinking he was the luckiest man on earth. The ceremony itself was full of Sam’s favourite hymns. The odd joke was also shared by the vicar throughout. Following two readings, the paperwork was ready to be completed where Ellie and Sam had become husband and wife. Upon leaving the church, Sam and Ellie made their exit from the church through a confetti shower before leaving to head back to the house. With champagne upon arrival, the guests were able to congratulate the bride and groom. Following the small amount of group photographs that were requested we managed to sneak away for 10 minutes for a handful of couple portraits. All before the couple were announced into the tent ahead of Dads speech. The Reception Dads speech was full of laughter and embarrassing moments for Ellie which she agreed with and found hilarious. He finished his speech by giving her a personalised denim jacket, which had her new surname stamped on the back. Following the main course, the Groom and the groomsman had their say once again embarrassing each other with stories from the past which also made Ellie laugh. Shortly after deserts have been served we had a guest singer who felt it was the right time to start singing career whilst waiting on the group. Yes, that’s correct. We had singing waiters. Everybody was involved. Everybody was still on their chairs dancing and singing as loud as they could. It only took one and a half songs before people were on the dancefloor having the time of their life. After a short break the bride and groom broke into the first dance. From here they never left the dancefloor and ended up on the shoulders of the two strongest ushers to be the centre of the party. as I made my way out, I was able to reflect on what a great day I had witnessed and captured.
