Demi & Max chose the very popular Brooksby hall for their wedding ceremony the height of summer for the stunning grounds and glorious early 1900’s decor of the inside of the building. With bridal and groom preparations taking place in the local pub of the Harbrough this allowed for a short view of groom preparations as well as capturing all off the details for Demi’s excirtement and prep.

Surrounded by what seemed like 100 people the bridal preparations were very hectic and there was always something going on and someone to concentrate on.

When the bridesmaid had finally decided on how to have their dresses they were then free to help Demi into her dress with the help of her mum. Her mum was so proud and excited to see her in her dress but only as Dad walked in their overshadowed the amount of excitement and joy in the room as he burst with pride.

Upon my arrival at Brooksby Hall I was greeted by a very welcoming front of house team along side a very anxious and flustered set of registrars.

Demi was moments behind me but the registrars were beginning to panic that they were not going to be able to complete the ceremony – the first time I had ever had this. Needless to say Demi and Max did complete their vowels and in record time were husband and wife.

The ceremony itself included a child handing over the rings which was a nice touch along with Max managing a few tears upon the arrival of Demi.

Demi managed to keep her emotions in except for her laughter/smiles and joy whilst saying her vows and contracting her married to Max.

After the documentation was signed Demi was most excited to be outside and with her dogs who she had arranged to be in a attendance at the wedding.  The two Spaniels were so excited too be there and really enjoyed all the fuss and attention that they were shown by everyone.

Speeches preceded the wedding breakfast along with two renditions of happy birthday for two lucky guests who also shared a birthday with the wedding day. The three course meal looked amazing ;provided by the excellent staff at Brooksby Hall and the hospitality team were second to none.

As the evening began, shots of strawberry tequila were flowing quite freely for Max and Demi, before the first dance and then a father of the bride and bride dance took place.

Once these had happened the guests joined the dance floor for some serious partying until it was dark enough to file outside for a sparkler exit for the newly married couple.
